Had a really good experience at Everest tonite. I think the food is what really shines here. The inside is nice enough, definitely nicer than a hole in the wall, but nothing fancy either. If you've never had Indian/Nepali food, this isn't the kind of place that the record player stops when you walk in. The server was very nice, I wouldn't call it the most proactive service I've ever received, but it did the trick. My wife ordered a Mango Lassi, which was different than anything she'd ever tasted. It was creamy, had a mango flavor, but you could also tell it was yogurt based. It was slightly lukewarm, and probably would have been better cold. The rest of us had a couple Indian beers, Flying Horse, which is a run of the mill lager that we enjoyed. We got 3 appetizers. The momo was absolutely delicious. The flavor of the curried vegetables inside were top notch. The chili paneer was really good too. The paneer kind of reminded me of tofu, and the red chili sauce gave it a good kick. The vegetable pakora was just fine. A basic deep fried app. I wouldn't need to get the paneer or pakora again, but still enjoyed them. So you have 4 spice levels to choose from. Mild, Medium, Hot, and Indian. Mild is truly mild. Still has a lot of flavor, but not spicy. Medium is probably the perfect kick if you kinda like spicy food, but don't need to sweat. Hot is pretty hot. It's what I got. I really like spicy food, and it was close to perfect, maybe a tad over the line. My nose was running. I'm glad I tried it, but might bump down to medium next time, depending on the dish..You probably should be a pro if you get Indian spice level. The star of the night in my opinion was the Bhindi Masala , which is Okra cooked with onions, tomatoes and spices. I was proud of my wife for trying something outside the box, and boy did it pay off. The flavor was phenomenal. Unlike anything I'd ever tasted. I highly recommend trying it. The shrimp vindaloo was very good. The vindaloo sauce was very tomatoey, pretty close to other tikka masalas is had at other places. The other people in our group enjoyed the Tikka masala and the lamb biryani. I had a bite of each and really enjoyed them. The garlic naan was fine, a little on the dryer side for the batch we were given. They have "cheese & aloo naan" which is naan stuffed with potatoes and cheese. Sounded amazing. Honesty I was kind of confused. I'm not sure I noticed cheese or potato in the naan. Maybe there was a thin layer or it's baked into it? Or maybe they just messed up and gave us plain naan. I couldn't tell you.

This is our favorite restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls. Today's addition was Pumpkin Curry, which I had never tasted. As with everything else, it was delicious! Highly recommended.

Went here thinking it was a Buffet but that is only for lunch. I was ready to take a Star until the food came out. We ordered the food with medium heat and boy was this place good. The flavors were great and the tastes as amazing!! Great service and the Mango Lassi is on point!!

We stopped by for dinner on our way to hotel ( we were on a road trip through ohio) and was pleasantly surprised by their tasty food menu. I had been to several indian places all over USA, they have one of the best thalis.. Also their chilli fish was really spicy and had all the flavors - I am from eastern part of India, so I really liked the nepalese flavors in the indian foods.. The mutton thali was awesome.. And the chiken chowmein was good as well. I plan to go back to this restaurant if I visit Cuyahoga Falls again.

I have to be honest. I've only ever had one dish here: extra spicy chicken tikka masala with a side of garlic naan. It's so damn good, I can't stop eating it. I am lucky to have such a great take out option within walking distance of my home. After reading other reviews, I probably really need to try their chow mein, too, but when you have found the perfect meal, how do you stray? I truly appreciate their spice level accuracy. There is nothing that drives me more crazy than ordering something a 4 out of 5 spice level only to be left wondering if there is even black pepper added. A level 4 at Everest had me nearly sweating. I have never sat down to eat, but it always looks clean and the waitress is very friendly. It's not fancy inside, but that isn't a big deal to me. If you're in the mood for Indian or Nepali food and you haven't been to Everest yet, go now. Run! Don't walk. You won't regret it.
